What happens when I run out of credits?
If you're on the Free plan, your 5 stories and 3 audios are for life with no monthly renewal. You can purchase audio packs or upgrade to Premium for more. Premium users get 10 audios per month renewed automatically.
Do credits expire?
Free plan quotas never expire - they're yours for life. Premium audios reset each month. Audio packs are valid forever.
Can I switch from Free to Premium mid-month?
Yes! Your upgrade takes effect immediately, and you'll get unlimited stories right away. Your next billing date will be one month from your upgrade.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay.
